Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days after you receive your order.  If 14 days have passed since you received your order, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Some items cannot be returned and they are clearly marked on the product page.

To start your return, you must message us first at admin@dynagloreplacementparts.com or info@dynagloreplacementparts.com.  All returns must be mailed to the below address:

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the address it was shipped from.  Your order may have been shipped from one of our distributor warehouses.  It cannot be returned to them.

Orders

Orders are processed in the same order they are received.  We do not process orders based on the selected method of shipping.  Even if you choose FedEx Ground, UPS or USPS Priority, it does not mean your order will be processed before other orders we received before yours.  Expedited shipping only means that you will receive faster shipping once the order is shipped.

If you have an urgent need for part(s), we suggest you contact us through email to alert us to your situation.   We can do our best and be as fair as possible to process and ship your order as fast as possible.  Email us at admin@dynagloreplacementparts.com.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will initiate your refund.  Refunds are based on the reason for returning the item(s) you ordered.  If your returned items are damaged or are missing parts, we will contact you.

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.  Since the refund is performed through a credit card processor, you may not see your refund on your card account immediately.  It may take 7-10 days before the credit appears on your card.

Partial vs Full Refunds

A FULL refund will be given to you if you received the wrong part.  A FULL refund is also given for parts that are defective or the part(s) will be exchanged with no refund.

If you ordered the wrong part, we cannot offer a FULL refund since we cannot recover the shipping costs and the fee charged by the payment processor.  You will be responsible for the shipping cost to return the order to us.  We suggest you ship by a method that has tracking so you can be sure we received the return.  Once we receive your return and if everything is still in the original condition, we can refund your total order price minus our shipping cost and the original payment processor fee.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@dynagloreplacementparts.com or admin@dynagloreplacementparts.com and send your item to: DynaGlo Replacement Parts, 199 Ridge Road, Hastings, PA, 16646.

Order Cancellations

If you choose to cancel your order prior to us processing your payment, please send an email to admin@dynagloreplacementparts.com asking to cancel your order.  Since your payment was not processed, there is no exchange of money so no refund is required.  A temporary HOLD is  placed on your card at the time you place your order.  If we do not process the payment, that HOLD will be removed from your card in about 7-10 days.

If you choose to cancel your order after your payment has been processed, the payment processor has already charged us a fee to process your payment for us.  We can still cancel your order but we cannot issue a FULL REFUND.  We cannot recover the fee that the payment processor has charged us.  Therefore you will receive a refund for the amount you paid minus the fee we were charged.

Shipping returns

ALL returns must be mailed to: DynaGlo Replacement Parts, 199 Ridge Road, Hastings, PA, 16646.  Your original order may have been shipped from one of our distributors  and they cannot process your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  Partial or Full refunds are issued based on the above criteria once your package is received and inspected.

We recommend using a shipping method that includes tracking so you can ensure we received your return.  If we do not receive your return and there is no tracking method, no refund will be issued.
